Exact date former Toby Carvery in Sutton Coldfield reopens as Browns Brasserie revealed


The new restaurant will reopen after a £1.5m revamp of the site on November 21.
The former Toby Carvery, located in the picturesque Sutton Park, closed its doors on September 9 to undergo a significant transformation.

Hide AdMitchells & Butlers, the company behind popular brands such as Miller & Carter, All Bar One, and Toby Carvery, is set to introduce its upscale Browns brasserie and bar to Sutton Coldfield.
The new restaurant will create around 50 new jobs for the local community.
Browns Brasserie & Bars have announced reopenings and grand refurbishments of their sites in Cambridge (17th October), Sutton Park (21st November) and Exeter (28th November) in the next two months.
Since Browns Brasserie first opened in Brighton over 50 years ago, the restaurants have welcomed thousands of guests with their homemade, comforting British classics and exciting seasonal creations, alongside an unrivalled choice of cocktails, wine and Champagne.

landmark buildings. The new sites are no different with Cambridge’s Old Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Sutton Park’s 18th century millhouse and Exeter’s old malthouse with river views.
Each of the renovations pays homage to the buildings’ histories while introducing a fresh, modern style.
