The brasseries now occupy prime spots in historic and culturally rich towns and cities across the UK, often in beautiful

landmark buildings. The new sites are no different with Cambridge’s Old Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Sutton Park’s 18th century millhouse and Exeter’s old malthouse with river views.

Each of the renovations pays homage to the buildings’ histories while introducing a fresh, modern style.
