Innovative health tech firm, Rem3dy Health, receives royal seal of approval for cutting-edge product

Birmingham’s own health tech innovators, Rem3dy Health, were honoured with the distinguished King’s Award for Enterprise in the Innovation category.

The award was presented by The West Midlands’ Lord Lieutenant, marking a momentous occasion for the company, on 26th April.

Rem3dy Health, known for their ground breaking work in 3D printing, had their moment of glory when they received the coveted trophy at their cutting-edge facility in Smethwick.

This followed last year’s announcement that the company was to be bestowed with the King’s Award, a decision approved by His Majesty the King himself upon the Prime Minister’s recommendation.

Throughout a rigorous judging process, Rem3dy Health and their nourished brand emerging victorious among 10 winners from the West Midlands across all categories.

They were the sole winner from Birmingham in the Innovation category.

The presentation ceremony marks an impressive start to the second quarter of a record 12-months for Rem3dy Health.

The company has seen extraordinary global growth for the Nourished brand, expanding its reach across Europe and Asia. The brand has strengthened its presence on UK shelves through significant supermarket deals and a series of product and flavour launches.

Melissa Snover, the Founder and CEO of Rem3dy Health, launched Nourished in 2019.

Despite facing challenging economic conditions, pandemics, and ever-changing consumer markets, the King’s Award marks a significant milestone in their first four years of operation.

Reflecting on the award, Snover said, “Today’s King’s Award ceremony truly feels like a culmination of the fantastic work of every single member of staff across all areas of the Rem3dy Health team.
