Here’s What You Need To Know About Bullring’s Sober Bar Pop-Up

Running from 20 January to 26 January, the bar will offer a selection of alcohol-free beverages alongside a diverse schedule of events that invite visitors to engage, connect, and unwind.
Kicking off on Monday 20 January, visitors can expect a wide range of activities from arts and crafts, wellness talks and even live music. The Exhale Conscious Bar pop-up aims to uplift the regions energy by providing an exciting, yet sober, drinking experience with a selection of their signature non-alcoholic drinks and exciting entertainment right in the centre of the city.

Hide AdCrowds can expect Conscious Creatives’ art workshops, running at 1pm and 6pm on Tuesday 21 January. This fun, hands-on session is a chance for anyone passing through to tap into their creative side whilst enjoying a selection of alcohol-free, infused cocktails and beers.

On Thursday evening, Philosopher’s Yard will host a talk on sobriety and wellness. From 5pm to 8pm, guests can immerse themselves in an in-depth discussion about mindful living and the benefits of embracing a sober lifestyle. The event offers a reflective space for those curious about the movement or already on their journey.
Saturday afternoon welcomes a casual meet-up for sober and sober-curious individuals, hosted by the Midlands Sober Society. Running from 2pm to 4pm, this meet-up provides an inclusive space to connect with like-minded people in a sober-positive environment.
Sunday rounds off the week with a soothing mini-Kirtan event. Two one-hour sessions, held at midday and 3pm, will offer visitors an opportunity to explore the meditative and musical traditions of this practice all whilst enjoying a day out shopping in the Bullring.

Hide AdComplementing the event line-up is an enticing drinks menu -guests can savour handcrafted alcohol-free cocktails, including the Cherry Sour, featuring a botanical elixir, and the Tropical Paradise, infused with CBD. There will also be a selection of premium alcohol-free beers that are infused with ingredients like Lion’s Mane and Reishi mushroom, all crafted in Birmingham. To top off the selection there will be alcohol free ciders and wines, alongside health-focused options such as Turmeric and Ginger Shots, Catalyse energy and immunity blends to keep crowds energised.
Whether exploring the creative workshops, engaging in thoughtful conversations surrounding sobriety, or simply enjoying a refreshing infused drink, the Exhale Conscious Bar pop-up invites visitors to experience a week of mindful enjoyment at the heart of the Bullring.
