JLR workers overpaid during furlough
JLR workers at Solihull have found that their agency DHL will claim back 10 per cent of some workers wages every month after some were overpaid during furlough. DHL the companies supply chain partner have said the mistake was due to an administrative error.
Man jailed for attempted murder of newborn baby
A Birmingham man who gave a newborn baby prescription drugs has been jailed for attempted murder.

Hide AdJamar Bailey, from Augustin Grove, Winson Green, was sentenced to 25 and a half years in prison on Monday at Birmingham Crown Court after the 21-year-old admitted the offence in June earlier this year.
Officers found that Bailey was taking medication for seizures and a search of the property found a prescription drugs for Epilim Chrono - in his name.
He was arrested on suspicion of wilfully harming a child. Fortunately the child survived and is said to be thriving.
