Birmingham fly-tipper caught on camera disposing of tonnes of trees in the middle of a street - risking prison and fines of up to £50,000

CCTV captured someone dumping a significant amount of branches and logs on Plume Street in Aston, Birmingham, right next to a recycling centre.

The footage captured on Saturday 4th May at 7:45pm revealed the fly-tipper pulling his vehicle up on the road outside of closed-down industrial units. The driver then lifted the back of the truck and proceeded to drive forward, letting tons of branches and organic waste tumble onto the road.
